What guests report
★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (52 reviews)
“ColdBase convinces across the board. From the first visit, you feel very well taken care of. The team takes its time, explains everything understandably, and creates a real sense of trust with a calm, professional manner. The applications are high-quality, well-thought-out, and noticeably effective. The combination of modern technology and personal care, in particular, makes the difference. The reLounge is also a real asset – very pleasant to use and convincing in its effect. A clear recommendation for anyone who takes regeneration, performance, and health seriously.”
“After 3 years at "Coldbase," as a loyal and enthusiastic customer, I would like to review again. I am still thrilled. Visiting here is always great. I feel fit and can say that I haven't had a cold or cough since I've been coming here. Here was my previous review: I came across Coldbase by chance. I use the cold chamber to improve my immune system and for a performance-enhancing effect through more energy. I am thrilled. The team is very courteous and always there to advise. Absolutely great - keep it up!”
“I can absolutely recommend this location! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and explains everything important about your applications. Through the partnership with the Hansefit program, you can benefit enormously here. All in all, a very clear recommendation for those who often struggle with joint pain (rheumatic-related), a minimal time commitment of approx. 4-10 minutes helps immensely in increasing well-being.”
