1. Provider
coldchamber.club is operated by FREITAG Labs EOOD, Ul. Verila 5, Floor 2, Triaditsa District, 1463 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we"). Contact via the contact form.
2. Service
We operate an online directory of cold chamber and cryotherapy providers. Listings are editorial or submitted by operators. We are not a party to any contract between a visitor and a provider and we do not provide medical services or advice.
3. Membership
Operators may take a paid membership for their listing. The first 3 months are free. Afterwards the membership costs $399 per year plus applicable tax. The contract term is 12 months and renews automatically for a further 12 months unless cancelled at latest 30 days before the end of the current term.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your account area or via the cancellation form. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term when it is received at least 30 days beforehand; otherwise at the end of the following term.
5. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns and invoicing.
6. Content and obligations
Operators warrant that submitted content is accurate, lawful and free of third-party rights. Health claims must comply with applicable advertising law; we may edit or remove non-compliant claims. We may reject or remove listings that violate these terms.
7. Ranking
Placement in listings follows published, objective criteria. Paying for a membership does not improve ranking position.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
