Refund policy
This policy applies to the paid operator membership of coldchamber.club, sold by FREITAG Labs EOOD, Sofia (Bulgaria). Last updated: September 2026.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your first paid charge. The first 3 months of membership are free, so the refund window starts only when money is actually charged for the first time. This guarantee is voluntary and applies to all customers, including business customers.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us via the contact form. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle's refund policy applies in addition.
Cancellation and withdrawal
A refund ends the membership early. If you instead want to end the contract at the end of its current term, use the cancellation form (30 days' notice before the term ends). Consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see withdrawal.
