How our rankings are created

This page discloses the main parameters that determine the order of providers listed on the Cold Chamber Club directory, along with their relative weighting.

The scoring model

Every location receives a score from 0 to 100 points, based on five objectively verifiable criteria:

  1. 01 Completeness of the listing

    max. 26 pts

  2. 02 Verification of the listing

    max. 24 pts

  3. 03 Public reviews

    max. 24 pts

  4. 04 Range of services

    max. 18 pts

  5. 05 Data freshness

    max. 8 pts

What does not influence the ranking

  • Payment. A paid operator listing does not change placement. There are no bought positions and no ads inside the rankings.
  • Commissions. We receive no commission for bookings or appointment requests.
  • Personal preference. The calculation is fully automated and deterministic.

Ties & sorting

On identical scores, the number of public reviews decides first, then the alphabetical order of the provider name.

Data sources

Base data comes from publicly available sources (including Google business profiles and provider websites) and from operators themselves. Operators can claim, correct and complete their listing at any time.

Reviews

We do not collect our own user reviews. Star ratings shown are averages of publicly available Google reviews at the time of our last data check.
