Cancellation

Cancel your contract

Use this form to cancel any ongoing contract with coldchamber.club — in particular your directory listing and the annual membership. No login is required. Right after submitting you receive a confirmation with date, time and a reference number, both on this page and by email.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 12-month term when it reaches us at latest 30 days before that date (see terms).

We use your details exclusively to process and document this declaration (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Further information in our privacy policy.

By clicking you submit a binding cancellation. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt in text form.

Good to know

Payments and invoices are handled by our reseller Paddle. Cancelling here is sufficient — you do not need to contact Paddle separately.
