“For those who don't know the benefits of cryosauna yet, I don't even know where to start. From the medical ones, because it reduces inflammation in the body, to the beauty ones, cryosauna being the curse of cellulite, the benefits are countless. I have had cryosauna in Iasi and in the UK, the procedure is the same. The cold is not as many would imagine, it is something different and easy to tolerate, and the feeling afterwards is absolutely phenomenal. I came to the first session with a mastitis on one of my breasts. I had already been taking ibuprofen for a few days and was using a progesterone cream to alleviate the pain. When I came out of the cryosauna, I didn't feel the pain anymore, but I thought that the pills and cream had taken effect. I was ok until the evening when I felt it starting again. But not like the previous days. I didn't take anything and the next day I went to the cryosauna again in the morning. I had the session, I came out and again...no pain. I waited until the evening to see if anything would start again. After the second session, I didn't have any pain and I didn't take anything for the pain. I had actually come to the cryosauna for a tendonitis in my shoulders and a painful ligament in my leg. I never would have thought that it would have an effect on mastitis. But it did! And it had an effect on the American and on my leg. After a session of 5 sessions, one after the other, every day, I felt not only better and lighter but also younger and more rested.
