“So, what can I say? First, the welcome (not the initial welcome in the rather chilly, large waiting room, no pun intended...) from the young woman who was in charge of checking us in. Very pleasant, smiling, attentive, and reassuring. Very important when it's your first time. Then the cryotherapy session, surprisingly, but only one session doesn't allow me to be objective about its effectiveness. But I still recommend it because the place is pleasant, clean, and you feel comfortable there.”
