Today we spontaneously booked two afternoon appointments for Dryfloating. Friendly staff on the phone and at reception. The bed is okay. You lie down on a kind of board at the beginning, which then glides into the water. Like a kind of foam bath at 36° but without getting wet. You can choose the gentle lighting from 3 or 4 color variations. Headphones with relaxing music are also available. Booked via Groupon, it was a cheap and relaxing experience. If you are looking for relaxation and warmth, you will find it here.

Also, super nice - friendly and competent staff.. good explanation and clarification about the treatment process. You simply felt comfortable. Wishing the employee who is returning to Bremen much success there too. All in all, a great experience and we'd love to come back. By the way, it's also super clean and everything is really nice, it just makes you want to come back. Therefore, full stars The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

I've been regularly going to the cryosauna for several months now. It simply feels so good, you can switch off, you no longer have muscle soreness after sports, and you have more energy. The Cryo Spot is also highly recommended. Every time I booked it, my skin radiated again from the cold. I always love coming and recommend it everywhere!
