What guests report
★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (42 reviews)
“5 stars Despite a delivery time of one month (due to high demand), I'm happy to give 5 stars! Constantin offers a customer service I've never experienced before. Super friendly, honest, and competent - it's not just about selling here, but truly about providing the best possible support to the customer. From consultation to ordering and tracking, to commissioning - absolute top service and great prices! Many thanks for this exceptional support! Pictured: Chill Tub Lite”
“Best customer service! Years after the purchase, something broke in our ice bath. Although the warranty had already expired, the team went out of their way for us and we received the spare part for free. Even with further questions or minor problems, customer service was always quickly available, competent and solution-oriented. This is what sustainable customer service should look like. You really can't ask for more from a dealer. A clear 5 stars!”
“Great and friendly advice! The ice bath (Avantopool Kinos Evo) was delivered quickly and my first experiences with it are great! Overall, I can only recommend it.”
