“Top boxing club, the training is always strenuous, demanding, and varied. The technique is well explained, trained using special exercises, and you are individually improved. The studio is bright and beautiful, changing rooms/showers are always clean. In addition to boxing training, regular circuit training with changing exercises takes place. It's so much fun that every time after training, I already look forward to the next time, and even though I've run several marathons, I've never felt as fit as after 3 months of regular training with Mehran :) 6 out of 5 stars!”
