“Today was my first time at Heal Form in the cryosauna. A lot of time was taken to explain everything to me and for which areas this treatment achieves positive effects. My personal questions were also answered very well and thoroughly. The atmosphere is very inviting and you feel comfortable there. The 3-minute stay in the cryochamber was supervised and could be individually adjusted according to how it felt. I was able to tolerate the cold quite well and the time passed quite quickly. 5 hours later, I definitely feel more energetic than usual at this time. I can't say much about my pain yet because…”
“My experience in the cryochamber was really awesome! Due to stress and the hot temperatures, I decided to try the treatment and I'm very happy about it. Mr. Umbach informed me very thoroughly and understandably beforehand and took a lot of time to explain everything precisely. Even during the application, he talked to me, so I felt well taken care of at all times and had no fear. I found the entire treatment very pleasant and the overall experience truly positive. I would definitely do it again and can only recommend the cryochamber to everyone!”
“I tried cryotherapy for the first time and was positively surprised. As a musician, I am quite challenged physically in everyday life and at work, so I found it exciting to try the cold treatment. The treatment itself was well organized and professional, and afterwards, I felt pleasantly refreshed and energized. The entire team was very friendly and I felt well taken care of. I will definitely try it again and can gladly recommend Healform!”
