“Everything top! From the easy online booking for the free trial appointment to the detailed introductory talk and the first application: everything super organized and uncomplicated. Regular appointment booking via the app also works perfectly. The cryochamber itself is great: free parking, self-check-in, choose your favorite music via Alexa and just dance for 3-5 minutes at -80 °C :-) If you have questions, you can contact them anytime via email. “Great experience, absolutely competent advice and introduction. My shoulder and neck pain was already relieved after the first application. On the 2nd visit, the effect was even more intense. The only thing that "unfortunately" deters me is the subscription model. I would like to have the option to use the service spontaneously when needed and when I have time, instead of having the daily possibility but not the time. The offered 10-session pass also doesn't pay off for me and is a bit expensive. As soon as ICEKALT offers a more flexible and cheaper model, I will gladly use the Walluf location more often.
