“Discovering Hormesis through ice baths and breathing exercises was incredible. Julien is a passionate, caring, and radiant professional. A huge thank you to you, and don't hesitate to try this experience with him!”
“Fantastic experience with Julien. Radiant, calm, passionate, and engaging, he opened the doors to an unsuspected world for me, with humility and without dogma. Thank you, amigo, see you soon in an ice bath here or elsewhere! ;))”
“We were fortunate enough to participate in a workshop on breathing and cold therapy, and what an incredible experience it was! Julien is a fascinating person, able to draw us into his world with such fluidity that time seemed to stand still. We learned a tremendous amount while being captivated from beginning to end. This experience was unique, enriching, and full of surprises. It will remain etched in our memories. Thank you for this extraordinary moment!”
