“Unique cold experience and outstanding service I had the opportunity to visit the cryotherapy chamber at Kältewelt Be Happy in Passau and was impressed from the start. The facility is modern and inviting, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and well-being. The cryotherapy chamber itself is of the highest quality and offers a truly unique and refreshing experience. As a hotelier, I appreciate high-quality facilities and services, and Kältewelt Be Happy exceeded all expectations in both aspects. Especially impressive was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I felt...”

“Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars here.... I would love to give 15 stars... namely 5 stars for the cryotherapy chamber itself and its likeable boss, b-but definitely also 5 stars to Claudia and of course 5 stars to Nina Many, many thanks, you both gave me the perfect start to the new year you made it possible for me to have a wonderful start to the day with your empathetic, absolutely likeable manner. So the cold only took place in the chamber, but otherwise, thanks to you, not only my body was refreshed and rebooted but also my mind. I will miss this daily ritual and you very much, but I promise I will always come back...”

“Admittedly, I rarely write online reviews. But here, I have to make an exception!!!! I tried the cryotherapy chamber for the first time today and was extremely positively surprised. I drove to the appointment with a queasy stomach and left it with great conviction & overjoyed. Besides the actual activity (enduring 3:59 minutes at -85 degrees), I was also able to get a body scan. I would recommend this add-on to anyone who would like to get information about their general current physical condition. Above all, I appreciated the beautiful ambiance and the very competent advice from the employee. So friendly, li...”
