“Ice sauna is great”

“Well organized, the first time you naturally have to fill out a questionnaire or answer questions on an iPad. My sister then registered via an app so you can book appointments. 1, 5, 10 or 20 session passes. Today it cost €25 for my sister and I, as a companion, paid €10. We then went into the chamber together, in underwear, gloves, hat, shoes, and a mouthguard. Today it was 3 min 30. You just feel super good afterwards.”
