“The pregnancy yoga class was an appointment in my work week that I looked forward to every week. Caro did a super job, created a relaxed atmosphere, and did very soothing and varied exercises with us, so I was able to participate until one week before giving birth. In the meantime, I've also done the baby massage class with my baby. At first, I had concerns (what do I do if the little one just cries, needs to be breastfed or changed), but that's no problem at all because all the moms are in the same boat, you can stay completely relaxed if that happens, and my son really enjoyed it, especially seeing other children. The course was really s...”
“The first time I came to Körperwohl was in the 14th week of pregnancy for pregnancy yoga, and now I go there with my 8-month-old son for baby yoga. You simply get the "all-round carefree package" for pregnancy and the 1st year of the baby. Pregnancy yoga, baby massage, yoga postnatal, complementary feeding advice, children's first aid course, and now power yoga for me - we took advantage of everything and were thrilled with every course and every lecture. The entire team is super lovely and empathetic. Thank you, Vanessa, you all do a super job there!”
“5 stars! Very pleasant and professional atmosphere. You immediately notice that well-being, health, and personal care are truly at the forefront here. The offerings are diverse and modern – from physiotherapy to yoga and other health services. You feel taken seriously, well cared for, and completely at ease. Clear recommendation!”
