“A very interesting experience! After just three minutes, you have snow on your lashes, and it feels like a cold river plunge. The facility has a cryotherapy room with a timer, and they provide gloves, shoes, and a hat. If you’re sensitive to cold, you don’t have to be in just your underwear—you can wear something slightly warmer. I recommend bringing thicker socks, as the provided wooden shoes are very cold. What we perhaps missed afterward was a hot beverage—something to help warm up, since it took quite a while to feel comfortable again after leaving the facility.”
