What guests report
★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (13 reviews)
“A wonderful place to unwind if you don't have much time. The feeling you get after 5 minutes of cryotherapy will always vary from person to person, but I especially notice a sense of relaxation. I feel like I've spent a few hours in the spa and feel great the rest of the day. Now that I haven't been for a few weeks, I've noticed more eczema flare-ups than before. So, I didn't realize it because that wasn't my main reason for starting cryotherapy, but it helps me immensely with my eczema! Highly recommended for people with busy lives who struggle with self-care . You can be out of here in 10 minutes if you want.”
“I felt welcome immediately at this Cryo. The cryo treatment was refreshing and gave me more energy right away. Friendly and knowledgeable welcome, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!”
“The first time, I was a bit nervous, but Mariem explained everything very calmly and clearly. And after the first time, I became a true fan. I felt a wonderful energy boost afterward, and once that wore off, I slept soundly at night. Now I go regularly and notice that it immediately helps me de-stress. It has a positive effect on my joints. My skin is also much softer.”
