I’m so glad to have found this place! I’ve been doing all the treatments, and especially love the PEMF mat and red light therapy. I feel so relaxed after every session. Finally somewhere in Belgrade to do a real cold plunge too!! Highly recommended!

From the moment you step inside SOHO, it feels like entering a completely different, zen dimension. The atmosphere is calm, warm, and incredibly soothing. Andjela is exceptionally kind, welcoming, compassionate and truly makes you feel cared for. I had fantastic experience with many services this center offer. The PEMF mat session was deeply relaxing and helped me feel balanced and recharged. Red Light Therapy left me feeling refreshed, energized, and supported my overall sense of well-being. Infrared Sauna made me feel detoxed and renewed and at the end, Cold Bath was intense in the best way and incredibly revitalizing, perfectly completed the wellness ritual. Every visit leaves me feeling wonderful. This place is the true definition of wellness — for both body and mind. Highly recommended!

recently had the pleasure of visiting Soho House Wellness in Belgrade and even though I only tried the red light therapy bed, I was impressed by the entire space and everything they offer. The therapy session itself was amazing – deeply relaxing and energizing at the same time. The atmosphere in the studio is calming, stylish, and designed to help you unwind and focus on your wellness. The sauna blanket and cold plunge setup caught my eye as well – everything is spotless, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared, making me confident in recommending the full experience even if I haven’t tried every service yet. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Andjela welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my time there. Her passion for wellness and attention to detail are evident in everything she does, and it really elevates the whole experience. I can’t wait to come back and try the cold plunge next time! Soho House Wellness is a true gem in Belgrade, perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and invest in their well-being. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations
