“I am truly thrilled with the cold sauna. Already after the first treatment, my pain from an acute herniated disc was so reduced that I didn't need to take any more painkillers in the following days. In combination with physiotherapy and fango, I am confident that I will soon get the herniated disc under control even without surgery! I highly recommend Anette Krug's practice. She is super friendly, the premises are clean and appealing, and the coffee is wonderful :) Plus, the cold sauna is a true experience! Afterwards, you feel wonderfully refreshed, relaxed, and awake.”

“Hi there, after a period of hard work my body was pretty sore and stiff and i had back pain that didn't go away. after visiting the physiotherapist in the uhlandbad where i got an (awesome!!) massage and i think they put sth called fango (hot mixture of somewhat) on my back. after that the muscles came loose and i felt far better! check out for yourself! they are pretty kind and customer oriented. greets, matt”
