“Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential, but there are also several aspects that clearly need improvement. The location is actually very good. It is situated in a small village outside the city, which makes it quiet and relaxing. If you have a car, getting to and from the city is easy, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service, which is a nice and convenient option for guests without their own transportation. The hotel itself looks very modern, and the rooms follow a minimalist design style. At first glance everything appears high-quality and stylish, but in reality the construction feels somewhat cheap. The biggest issue is the lack of sound insulation. You can hear noises from a floor below and even conversations from rooms a few doors away, which can be quite disruptive. The bathrooms are designed as wet rooms, which is actually a good concept. However, the coating used to waterproof the room has a very strong and unpleasant smell. It might also be some kind of room fragrance, but the scent is heavy and often smells like cheap plastic. Unfortunately, the ventilation does not help much, so using the bathroom can be uncomfortable. The standard rooms are about 30 m², which is perfectly fine for two people. However, the layout is a bit strange. For example, the television cannot really be seen from the bed, and there are some storage structures that take up space but are not particularly useful. The beds themselves are comfortable, which is a positive point. One slightly annoying detail is that the hotel provides only one large blanket, which is probably intended for couples, but it would be better if guests could easily request separate ones. The spa facilities are excellent. The sauna is properly hot, the steam bath is very good, and the thermal water is warm (around 38–39°C), while the jacuzzi reaches about 40°C. Overall, the spa area is definitely one of the highlights of the property. The only downside is that it can be quite loud, and there is a lot of smoking in the outdoor spa area, which can be unpleasant. It’s also worth noting that the spa and restaurant were originally the main business, and the hotel seems to have been added later. Because of that, the spa is often very busy with outside visitors. The restaurant at the hotel is genuinely very good. Breakfast is included and served à la carte, with a modern European style menu. Options include things like avocado toast with poached eggs and hollandaise, or a full English breakfast. The dishes are well prepared and taste great. However, the breakfast extras are very limited. The only complimentary side options are things like sheep cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, dried fruit, and basic drinks. Another small annoyance is that although one coffee is included, ordering additional coffees may sometimes cost extra, which feels unnecessary for a hotel in this price range. Another detail that stood out is that the hotel operations still feel somewhat disconnected from the rest of the complex. For example, the hotel staff often make dinner reservations for you at the restaurant to ensure you actually get a table, since it is open to the public and otherwise might be fully booked. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, which is appreciated. One more small but frustrating detail: guests receive one bathrobe and one towel, but if you want an additional towel for the spa or swimming, you may need to rent or purchase it. These kinds of small policies can make the overall experience feel less comfortable than it should. In summary, the location, spa, and restaurant are strong positives. However, the poor sound insulation, strong bathroom odor, and some small service details make the experience feel slightly below what the modern appearance and price level would suggest. With some improvements, this could easily become a much better hotel.”

“It’s a great SPA place. Fantastic outside pool areas - calm and relaxing. The adults only concept is fantastic. All the staff were very accommodating and kind. Cryo center therapies are something incredible. Massages are also excellent. Food and wine selection - five stars. I had only one problem. Although I did not realize that the more expensive (compared to double room with balcony) one bedroom apartment wasn’t coming with balcony and pool view, but with a forest view, which I could live with, we had a parking view from all four windows in our suite. Bedroom was tiny - only a place for the bed - no wardrobe, no nothing. We will definitely come back, I just need to choose more wisely the accommodation options.”

“There is a lot to be desired from the facility and service. The SPA is fine but gets crowded during cold months. Service across the hotel, SPA, and restaurant does not match the complex's branding.”
