“An experience I’ll keep coming back for!!! I’d spotted Coolzoone Madeira last year but never had the time to stop in. This visit I made sure to pop in with my son Riley, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Solange, who gave us a thorough and genuinely impressive walkthrough of what the Longevity Circle involves, the treatments, the benefits, the science behind it all. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about what they offer here. We booked in that same day, opting for the Hyperbaric Chamber, which I arranged for the following day so it didn’t eat into our plans. On the day of our treatments, Soraia was on hand and was absolutely wonderful with Riley. She made him feel completely at ease and guided us both through the red light therapy and the Cryo! what an experience! Exhilarating is genuinely the word. Going through it with my 13-year-old son made it even more special, and it was reassuring to see how well the team catered to a younger visitor. The staff across the board are kind, knowledgeable, and clearly true advocates for what they do. You can tell customer care and retention matter to them, it doesn’t feel transactional, it feels like they genuinely want you to get the most out of every visit. Now heading back for my Hyperbaric session today… can’t wait. Highly recommend.”
