Federico is a great professional who designs the best and most personalized program to improve your physical fitness. I train with EMS and CRYOTHERAPY, and combined with a proper diet, it helped me lose those extra pounds (15) in 3 weeks, without losing tone, but after a year, I haven't put them back on.

There's always another perspective. I can only speak for myself: I arrived at this special place because, despite daily exercise at "generic" gyms and the advice of various specialists, I couldn't regain my balance and gait after hip surgery (2 years ago!). Federico, with attention and method that amazed me, worked on deconstructing and reprogramming my balance. If my brain was struggling to free itself from bad habits, deep work on erasing and reprogramming movement was needed (myofascial stimulation, for example, is disorienting, indeed!). I'm doing it: the way I walk and even my outlook on life have already completely changed. Thank you.

I was looking for a gym, but not the usual ones with large spaces, staff coming and going, and tons of intimidating machines that make you feel inadequate. Almost by chance, I found this gym very welcoming and offering a wide range of services: EMS training, Pilates, cryotherapy, and—for me, essential—personal training. The place is very clean, with attention to detail, and the owner, Federico, is truly knowledgeable and attentive to everyone's needs, taking care of each individual. I've been going to the gym for two years and I always feel better and younger. Federico always comes up with something new: if I arrive all "knees," I leave feeling straight and energetic, and the workout, if consistent, is rewarding, with guaranteed muscle strengthening.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
