Cryo Kolding

“My weekly appointments with Heidi have definitely helped me through the winter months, when both mood and body tend to be challenged. It's a bit of a love-hate relationship we have going on, because I don't want to put myself in the cold, but oh, how I love the feeling afterwards. It gives an immediate mental boost, but also small (and larger) blemishes, like arthritic shoulders, a (ski) injured knee and the usual creaking and creaking that comes when you reach the other side of 45-50 years, are definitely dampened by a trip to the freezer. Huge recommendation from here”

“After following Cryo Kolding for a while, I pulled myself together and booked an appointment for a trip to the Cryosauna. The first thing you meet is a big smiling Heidi who welcomes you. During the treatment, Heidi stands at eye level and guides you safely through the process. There is no time when you are left to yourself. There is a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It gives more energy and a fantastic feeling throughout the body. Can only give Heidi and Cryo Kolding the best recommendations - therefore 5 stars.”

“Cryo treatment is a wild experience - in the right and good way. I find that I sleep significantly better, pain from small blemishes disappears, I haven't had migraines since the first treatment. Pain from arthritis in my hands has also decreased. As an added bonus, my skin has become very soft. I haven't experienced the usual winter dryness. Heidi guides through the process in a really safe way. The fact that she stands at eye level and is close to you makes the whole thing a really good experience. You become completely addicted. I can only give Cryo Kolding the very best recommendations.”
