The cacao served was not only aromatic but also delicious, setting the perfect tone for the ceremony. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a soothing environment for all attendees. The ceremony itself was an oasis of relaxation. Despite having our eyes closed for most of it, I felt completely safe and at ease. The enchanting music that filled the room enhanced the overall ambiance, making it even more special. I must commend our instructor, Hannah, who was not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. Her pleasant voice was perfect for guiding us through this mindfulness ceremony, making the experience even more enjoyable. It's a unique and memorable experience that I highly recommend to everyone looking for a self exploration and spiritual journey. Shakti Yoga brought something new and special to both Danish and English-speaking people in Esbjerg.”
