My family and I had a wonderful time here. There’s 2 water slides, a pool with waves, a hot tub, toys and more. There’s also a spa, but I have not been there myself. It’s not a big place, but a fun place, where you can relax and have fun or get some exercise!

Any age group would enjoy the pool, sauna and activities. It is clean and has a good air and water temperature. The cafe is simply providing essential food which has been very convenient for our family with small children. You basically don’t need to get more than a bottle of water inside.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
