What guests report
★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (362 reviews)
“I would particularly like to emphasize the exceptionally customer-oriented service: My vouchers had actually already expired, but were still accepted without complications and with goodwill. This is by no means a given nowadays and shows that people are at the center here. In addition, there is a friendly team, a pleasant atmosphere and all-round professional support. You feel welcome and in the best hands. Thank you for this great experience. I would love to come again!”
“I am very glad that I recently discovered this feel-good place for myself. I now regularly go into the ice box there for my pain treatment and have also tried the lymphatic massage. I will definitely use some other offers on site as well. The team is super warm and committed and clearly contributes to the great atmosphere.”
“I was welcomed by the very friendly employee named Lena. The individual devices were explained to me and then I was allowed into the ice box for the first time - highly recommended, especially the branch in Bremen. I have/feel well taken care of from the first day until now and will continue to use the devices.”
