The session only lasts about three minutes – it's a dry, very cold air, comparable to a cold shower in the morning, just without water. Immediately afterwards you feel awake and refreshed, almost like a small energy boost. During the day, that feeling then shifts into a pleasant calm and tiredness, which is completely normal according to recommendations. I notice now in the evening that I feel really relaxed and rested. You should breathe calmly and not be afraid of the cold – then it's really easy to tolerate. For lasting effects, regular application is recommended, but for the first time...”
“I already know cold therapy from various rehabilitation facilities and I'm glad that it's now also available in Oldenburg.
