“I had the pleasure of visiting Tanja's unique ice tub and it was an absolute highlight! The cold was refreshing and I had a completely new experience. Tanja is a great host and welcomed me warmly. She explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. The ice tub itself is simply impressive. The cold was intense but not unpleasant, and I could feel the refreshing effect. It was definitely a unique experience that I can recommend to everyone. If you're looking for something extraordinary and want to cool down properly, then you should definitely visit Tanja's ice tub...”
“The Ice Witch is highly recommended. Two thumbs up. Thanks to an absolutely competent initial consultation by Tanja Tiedemann, I was excellently prepared for the treatment. After the first 5 treatments, my joint pain significantly improved. Today I can cycle again, which I couldn't do for months before due to the pain. Tanja's friendly and personable manner makes every application a positive experience. That's why I'm a subscription customer today.”
“A unique experience! Tanja Tiedemann from Eishexe in Lingen knows her craft – professional, personable, and with genuine passion for health and well-being. The cryo chamber is not only refreshing but works wonders for me: more energy, better sleep, and a noticeably increased sense of well-being. If you want to do something good for your body and mind, this is the place to be. Absolute recommendation!”
