I've been practicing ice bathing intensely and almost daily for over a year, and Markus still manages to teach even experienced people something new. Thank you for that and for reminding me again about breathing technique, how important it is. But above all, you are lucky to get to know Markus. A super nice guy who always has the right words for everyone. He manages to lead the group so that you feel like you've known each other forever. A very human type, something that has become very rare in our time. As for the workshop, I felt that everyone felt comfortable. There was no rush and it was pure relaxa…”
“I booked the QuickChill for 40.-. Markus is a really likeable and professionally competent instructor. He showed us the Wim Hof breathing technique, the warm-up exercise, and introduced us all to ice bathing. At the end, there was warm tea and we could talk a bit more about the experience. At the Davos lido, he tastefully and super cozily furnished his little room and welcomed us warmly. In the group, there was everything from beginners to experienced ice bathers. I learned and took away a lot – I would even have been willing to pay more for it.”
