What guests report
★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (72 reviews)
“The Recover Studio is very modern and chic. Before visiting the cryo chamber, there was a professional briefing, and the three minutes in the chamber itself were cold, but passed surprisingly quickly. You felt well looked after and in good hands during it. I can definitely recommend it, you feel significantly better afterwards :)”
“I tested the cold chamber there, which was a very interesting experience at -90°. The staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable in the studio. Technically, they are up to date and also know pretty much everything about fitness and health. So I can warmly recommend it ;)”
“Lovely team, always kind and helpful. The cryo sauna is -85 degrees and is a closed cabin (with enough space) so you can have the full body experience with all the health benefits attached. Perfect for high performers and people looking to optimise their health / deal with stress. After you feel refreshed, happy and calm.”
