“I had an excellent experience today with Benoit and Nada during the ice bath session. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. They guided me through the entire experience with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Their calm and supportive approach helped me feel confident and relaxed, even when facing the challenge of the cold immersion. The session was both energizing and deeply rejuvenating, leaving me feeling refreshed, recharged, and mentally stronger. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone in a safe and supportive environment. Benoit and Nada are exceptional guides, and their passion for what they do truly makes a difference.”
“Endorphins Breathwork and Ice Bath was one of the best experiences I've ever had. We took our entire team, and every single person absolutely loved it. The energy, atmosphere, and guidance were exceptional from start to finish. The biggest testament to how incredible the experience was? Several members of our team went back just days later because they enjoyed it so much! If you're looking to challenge yourself, reset your mind, and leave feeling amazing, I couldn't recommend Endorphins more highly. We will definitely be regulars for years to come.”
“INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE - MUST TRY I visited last weekend as part of a team activity and did breathwork and ice bath. This was truly a unique and amazing experience. While being around the fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years, I had not tried either. Benoit is a master at technique, his knowledge is vast and above all, a great coach. What I learnt and how I felt afterwards are not easy to put into words other than it was life changing. I came away feeling 100% energised and refreshed. My only regret..... I did not discover this sooner. Thank you to Benoit for what you have taught me and how you have made me feel.”
