“Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Wellnest! The infrared sauna therapy was incredibly rejuvenating, and the cold plunge was the perfect way to refresh afterward. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend Wellnest to anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience. Definitely a five-star experience!”

“We’ve had a wonderful experience at Wellnest over the past three months. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and relaxing, making every visit a positive experience. A special thank you to Monica, who has built an incredible connection with my daughter through Spiral Stabilization and Visceral/Manual Therapy. From the very beginning, she took the time to build trust and confidence, and my daughter genuinely looks forward to every session because they’re engaging, enjoyable, and she always feels better afterwards. We’ve seen significant improvements in her posture, alignment, balance, and overall body awareness. Monica combines Spiral Stabilization exercises, manual and visceral therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and postural retraining in a way that has made a real difference. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care have helped my daughter make remarkable progress in just three months. I highly recommend Monica and the Wellnest team to anyone looking for a holistic, professional, and caring approach to health and wellbeing.”

“I can’t recommend Wellnest enough. I originally went in for sports therapy because I thought I had a shoulder issue, Tugberk could immediately identify that it was actually part of a much broader problem connected to my scapula. That level of expertise me confidence immediately. Since then, I’ve had multiple sessions, and I genuinely feel improvement every single time. What I appreciate most is that he hasn't just help relieve the pain, he also gave me a clear roadmap and exercises to follow as a daily at home routine to strengthen the area properly and address the root cause, not just the symptoms. On top of that, their infrared sauna facility is absolutely incredible. It has become my go to to decompress, relax, and reset. The staff are brilliant. After only a few visits, they made me feel so welcome that I honestly feel like part of the Wellnest family. At this point, it feels like my second home. If you’re looking for a place that combines real expertise, genuine care, and a fantastic wellness experience, this is absolutely it.”
