“I went to ICryo Wexford today and experienced four services: red light therapy, sauna, cryo chamber, and compression therapy. I went in not really knowing what to expect and was a little nervous about the freezing temperatures with the cryo chamber. When I arrived, the staff greeted me, showed me around, and explained each service and what to expect during the sessions. Since I don’t like small spaces, they took the time to explain different modifications and options to help keep me comfortable. With the cryo chamber, the staff helped me adjust the session time to help my body ease into the experience. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff answered all of my questions and checked on me throughout my visit. I felt very comfortable, cared for, and supported the entire time. I left feeling great and incredibly relaxed. I would definitely recommend ICryo for anyone looking for health and wellness services!”
