“My session at OnCryo in Heiligenhaus was well organized and professional. The practice was modern, and the staff friendly. Before the actual cold chamber treatment, I received a brief introduction and protective clothing. The session began in a chamber at -85°C. The cold was intense, but bearable thanks to the accompanying music and the support of the staff. After the three-minute session, I felt refreshed, with slightly loosened muscles and an improved mood. Overall, the experience was very positive, and the health effects noticeable. OnCryo offers a solid opportunity to experience the benefits of cold therapy.”
“I recently tried the cold chamber and I'm absolutely thrilled! The entire experience was extremely refreshing and invigorating. After just a few minutes in the cold, I felt full of energy and my muscle tension was gone. The friendly and professional staff made sure I felt comfortable and safe at all times. I can recommend the cold chamber to anyone looking for a quick and effective method for regeneration and refreshment. Amazing!!!”
“A cosmetic facility that now also offers a cold chamber. From a medical perspective, there are several reasons for regular use of the chamber. -85 degrees is quite a challenge. But after three to four minutes, you're relieved. Many say they feel good and fit. So, testing it out is worth it.”
