“I have been visiting the Cryo2 clinic for many years for whole-body cryotherapy and lymphatic massage. With whole-body cryotherapy, I wanted to reduce the unpleasant feeling of swelling due to the heat in the summer. Since I have been visiting the cryo, swelling has practically disappeared, or only occurs in extremely rare cases. Cryotherapy has many other "side effects"; a surge of energy immediately after visiting the chamber, the elimination of muscle pain after intense exercise, and a pleasant feeling of victory over one's own will. I am sure that it has other positive effects, but it is difficult for me to report on them firsthand, because fortunately I do not have any major problems. The staff of the clinic is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere they create offers a feeling of safety and relaxation. And because of all of the above, I will remain their loyal customer in the future.”
