“The site itself looks quite shady from outside and also the interior looks a bit older....BUT. The owner lady is friendly and will make you feel like you are in the group of old friends immediately. Zuzana, the young lady in charge of the facial treatments and massage is superb. I wish they are providing her services as "to go" .As far as I know she is there just for summer job, but I wish she is there next time when I am visiting. To the cryotherapy itself, my subjective observations after 5 visits: * improved cellulite * overall better skin condition * more energy in daily life * lesser pain in knees Definitely worth to try it out. No need to be afraid, personnel is there all time with you, explaining everything detail.”
“I recommend it to everyone, it will strengthen your immunity and fill you with positive energy. And there is no need to be afraid of the cold, before entering the chamber for the first time, the very helpful staff will educate everyone about the effects of cryotherapy, staying in the chamber and the subsequent warm-up in the cardio zone.”
“I go to the cryochamber regularly every 1/2 year and my body is in excellent condition afterwards. Although the beginnings are tough, those 3 minutes seem like an eternity to me, but then my body gets used to it and I like to visit the chamber 10 times. I also go for local cryo, IMMEDIATELY when I have some pain after sports or hard work. The next day you can see the change for the better. I would definitely recommend everyone not to delay and come to freeze a little or solve local pain (shoulder, elbow, wrist) and a pulled groin, which I had in 6 visits okay and I was able to fully play sports again. I thank the great team, who are experts who take their word for it.”
