“I've been using whole-body cryotherapy for years. I won't describe the benefits of the cryochamber, as Dr. Google has everything covered, but I'll discuss the services provided. Very friendly and professional service. The receptionists are helpful, the physiotherapists are competent and thorough, and the professor is always available to provide detailed information and advice. The only thing I could use would be more warming bikes after freezing. I've used the Cryotherapy Center's services and will continue to do so.”

“I've been going to whole-body cryotherapy for years. The cryochamber treatments are overseen by an excellent staff member – the treatments are performed with great care, precision, and discipline. The same gentleman (brunette with a beard and longer hair) has been in charge of the patients for centuries and inspires the utmost trust and a sense of security. He's kind, polite, yet reserved. I'm making this comparison because I can't say the same about the cryotherapy at Mazowiecka Street. It's chaotic there; the treatments aren't performed according to the protocol, which assumes patients should acclimate in the vestibule for an appropriate amount of time before the treatment in the chamber itself. As for the rehabilitation exercises (unrelated to the cryochamber), this is a complete misunderstanding. I've used them twice over the years, and each time was equally hopeless. The therapists will instruct the patient once or twice on the exercises to perform, then ignore the patient and focus on each other! This approach to professional practice is simply unthinkable and a waste of the patient's time. It's sad!”
