“I have been visiting the cold chamber since April and can only report positive things! The results are impressive: My water retention, which I have suffered from for years, as well as cellulite, have completely disappeared, and my skin has never looked so beautiful. In addition, I no longer have any back pain and generally feel much fitter. Above all, my energy has increased enormously since then. I no longer need coffee or energy drinks to get through the day – I am awake, focused, and full of energy. The team is super kind and always helpful, which makes the visit even more pleasant. I can warmly recommend the cold chamber to everyone – a real blessing for body and s…”
“I've been going to the cryo chamber regularly for about a year now, and I've also done altitude training. Every time I come for a treatment, in addition to the positive effects on my body, I also feel that Philipp and his entire team contribute to making every visit feel like a small break for me. Everyone is warm, committed, and super nice. I feel completely well taken care of and can only recommend everyone to try it for themselves :-) not to mention the improvement in my health and immune system!”
“As a doctor and expert in metabolic health, I can highly recommend cryotherapy for optimizing the body's own metabolic processes - especially for positively influencing fasting blood sugar, reducing abdominal fat, and increasing resting energy expenditure. Philipp Seidenspinner and his team impress with their high level of professional competence, are very friendly, and create a pleasant atmosphere. Clear recommendation! Best regards Dr. Sebastian Wirsching”
