We tried the recovery circuit with cold therapy, sauna, and pressotherapy, and the difference is truly noticeable. Furthermore, the facility is immaculate, the equipment is top-notch, and the entire team makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. An ideal place for athletes as well as anyone who wants to train and recover professionally. Highly recommended.”
“The best gym I've ever been to. The instructors guide you through the entire workout and create a chart with the exercises to track your progress. The recovery area after training is the best. You have a sauna, a cold plunge pool, and compression boots. You feel like you haven't even worked out. And as the cherry on top, they give you free creatine and protein. A real treat.”
