What guests report
★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (39 reviews)
“For 1 year now, I've been using the benefits of whole-body cryotherapy once a week and will definitely continue. Since then, I'm significantly more physically and mentally capable than before and enjoy the relaxation afterward. The Cryozentrum Erfurt has a chamber where you can move freely!!! The staff are all truly well-coordinated, address individual personal problems, and always find a little time for me personally. I truly feel well taken care of here, and I look forward to coming to this center every single week. I'm very happy that such a great place exists here!!!!!!”
“Initially, I received very thorough information. The staff are very friendly and competent. I just about managed to endure the 3 minutes without quitting early. The pain on my skin was bearable. Afterward, I had a very pleasant feeling and also felt a certain euphoria. I will definitely continue this, especially due to my rheumatic complaints. Thanks to the professional team.”
“Super nice team . You feel well taken care of. You get good advice and explanations. Many thanks . My dentist gave me a prescription for the cold chamber last year. I'm simply thrilled. My chronic pain is alleviated, and afterward, you feel mentally fresher and stronger again. The first time, I didn't manage the 3 minutes, but after that, it was relatively easy.”
