“In short: Great thing! A friend recommended it to me and at first I was skeptical, but I thought I'd give it a try. Any concerns I had beforehand were immediately dispelled by Alexander at reception. The ambiance is great, simply a small oasis of well-being. The cold session itself thrilled me! The system, where you first enter a preliminary chamber for a short acclimatization phase, which isn't quite as cold but already provides a pleasant refreshment, and then are led directly into the main chamber through an inner door, I find excellent! You can tell that a lot of thought went into it. That's how it is...”
“Every time it's a special experience. The first time, to be honest, I was skeptical – whether I would really last three minutes at -110 °C. But with each session, you notice how your body gets used to it: time feels like it passes faster, and the feeling afterward is like having pressed a reset button. You feel agile, fresh, like new-born – an energy boost that lasts all day. The studio itself is beautifully designed and radiates a pleasant, calm atmosphere. “I've been to NUVANA a few times now and I'm really impressed. The cold cabin is a small hurdle at first, but afterwards you feel incredibly good – totally awake, energized, and somehow “fresh in the head.” The premises are modern and very clean. I find it particularly positive that the team takes their time and explains everything precisely, especially on your first visit. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. I primarily use it for regeneration and I really notice a difference. I can definitely recommend it, and I'll certainly be back.”
