“In a way, it's like a (positive) addiction – once you start, you can't stop. The pleasant feeling after the cold chamber, which always lasts for a few hours, and then the positive changes in the lymphatic system and on the skin, which you notice after just a few regular visits, speak for themselves. Stress levels go down. The team is super friendly and competent, happy to answer any questions. Unreserved recommendation for anyone who wants to do something good for themselves with a really small time investment.”
