“After an operation on my inner meniscus, I couldn't activate my thigh muscle anymore. This led to enormous muscle loss, which made it impossible for me to walk properly. 5 months after the operation - pure despair! Thanks to EMS, things are finally looking up! The muscle was reactivated after just one session! Truly incredible. In addition, there was extremely professional and warm care. All my thanks go to Roland and his team!”

“Training: If it had been up to my orthopedist, I would have had to undergo surgery. After five training sessions, I could stand up without pain. If I train regularly, it stays that way. The Trainers: Very competent, strict and direct when necessary, encouraging and motivating. Summary: If you want to do something for your health with fun and success, Roland and Oli are the best choice.”

“Definitely try it out! I've liked EMS training for two years now alongside my fitness sport, and I have to say I feel great with it! My skin feels super firm and after every workout at Personalfit-RK, I'm totally happy and feel great! The supervision by all three trainers is very professional and versatile, always new exercises and feelings of success! 100 points!!”
