★★★★★ 4.8 / 5 (82 reviews)
“What a great & refreshing session! The bath was extremely cold and the sauna was cool (not literally). Jamie and the people at F45 were also so accommodating. Highly recommend!”
“The new Bellerive space is amazing. The traditional sauna is hot and spacious. The ice bath cold. Perfect set-up.”
“Have now been to both the city and Bellerive. These guys make it so easy. Booked online (great price) and received a text the afternoon before outlining everything I needed to know.. where to go, how to gain access, where to find everything. The space itself fantastic, clean, hot sauna and cold ice bath. An hour session both times with a mate alternating between hot and cold therapies sharing our weekly stresses... well they just melted away. Walk out feeling a million bucks ready to start all over again.”
