What guests report
★★★★★ 4.5 / 5 (7042 reviews)
“We went for the warm bath plus 30 min back massage for 2 package. We enjoyed the massage and the 30 min went by just like that. There are 4 baths plus a cold plunge pool and steam room. The first one is large and a comfortable temp. The hot pool is very small and can only fit max 5 people. The bubble and jet pool only allows 6 people to have a water jet each. The salt floatation pool is a different experience and it is extremely salty. We don’t speak Spanish so some of the instructions in English were not clear such as the time you had in the pool, therefore we rushed through them. There is a steam room too. You get a bathrobe, water shoes and a towel for your final shower. A nice afternoon experience especially when the temperature outside is more than 35 degs. You wonder where you are going to find the baths as they are down a very narrow walking street. No photos from inside as these are not allowed.”
“Went today during my Sevilla trip, and it was exceptional. Some of the reviews scared me but the staff were so welcoming. Whether I spoke English or broken Spanish, they were kind and friendly. The baths are beautiful beyond compare. I have been to many spas across Europe and this was even better than spas in Budapest (and that is saying a lot). My massage was really enjoyable. Expect a fun experience if you get the Holistic Ritual 60' like I did. It involved full-body exfoliation, an oil massage, a mini facial, and a hair mask. Loved it!! The rooftop is just gorgeous and I often had bathing spaces entirely to myself. It is not too crowded like other spas. The one thing I am sad about is you can't take photos! Of course it makes sense since they are trying to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, but I wish it was possible to ask staff to take a quick picture of you if you're alone in a space. To keep as a memory. Nevertheless, loved it, I'll be back!”
