“The stay runs from May 15th to June 7th, 2026. My 24-day stay at the Alma Baltic Rehabilitation Center on Sobieszewska Island was an exceptional experience. I came here for vocal rehabilitation, and I left not only with new skills and health benefits, but also with a wealth of beautiful memories, emotional moments, and new friendships. This place delights with its natural setting, close to the sea and beach. My stay here proved not only to be a time of rehabilitation but also a time of true mental rest and regeneration. My heartfelt thanks go to all the Center's staff. I would also like to thank the ladies who clean the rooms for their daily work, kindness, and concern for the patients' comfort. My appreciation also goes to the ladies who prepare the meals – everything was delicious, fresh, and served at the table. I will especially remember the perfectly seasoned, delicious soups. A huge thank you to the wonderful, cheerful, and energetic physiotherapists. Their professionalism, excellent massages, as well as their sense of humor, engaging stories, and infectious laughter ensured that each treatment took place in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. The speech therapists – Monika, Ewa, and Kasia Kinga – will hold a special place in my memory. Thank you for the knowledge and practical skills you imparted, for blowing through a straw together, playing musical hits on bottles, for the aromatic herbal teas, and for the delicious candies. Thanks to you, the exercises were not only effective but also full of joy and fun. I also thank Mr. Andrzej for his daily motivation to exercise and practice breathing. His commitment and positive energy effectively encouraged me to be active. My sincere thanks to the psychologists for leading the relaxation exercises, which helped me calm down, unwind, and maintain my mental balance. Thank you for your kindness, support, and the pleasant atmosphere during the sessions. This was my first stay at a health resort, and I came here with some apprehension. However, it quickly became clear that I needn't have. I met wonderful friends here. Together, we traveled over 230 kilometers on evening walks around the island. The sunsets, the sound of the sea, the beach, conversations, and time spent together created unforgettable memories. It's the people who make this place. Without this exceptional team of staff and the relationships I've formed here, this stay wouldn't have been so special. I leave with gratitude, a smile, and the hope that I'll return someday. I thank the entire team at the Alma Baltic Rehabilitation Center for their care, professionalism, warmth, and the atmosphere that made this stay a lasting memory.”
