Top 3 spas i’ve been to. The place is so nice and cozy located in a forrest atmosphere making the scenery so special. They have nice variety of saunas and a very fancy outside area. Hot tubs and cold plunges are outside so you are able to breathe fresh air while in the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff aswell. I will definetly come back.

Brand new place. Clean and fresh. Located on the outskirts so you would not find urban crowds coming in and out. Huge sauna room for sessions with SaunaMasters. Good choice of saunas including red lamps. Small bar available when you can buy non-alcoholic craft beers. Hotel and restaurant nearby if you are planning on bigger family or bussiness events. Extremely recommended

It's a great place and really friendly staff But there are few points to improve - in the relaxation area of the large sauna the white loungers should be replaced — they are very uncomfortable. At least wooden ones would be better to use. The very small plunge pool, which is used by so many people, raises hygiene concerns. In winter, when there are a lot of visitors, it’s hard to find a quiet place. In warm period it would be easier, since there is a nice and big outdoor area. Overall, it’s a wonderful place! Thank you!

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
