“I spent half of my Monday at Arctic Wellness Recovery Club, and it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful wood-fired saunas, ice plunges, pools — everything you need for deep relaxation and recovery. The rituals are well thought out, and the whole atmosphere is calm and premium. What impressed me the most was the massage on crystal mats: the deep body warming from the mat combined with an incredibly skilled therapist. I had a Balinese massage, and she worked through every muscle perfectly. The restaurant deserves a special mention: very tasty food and a surprisingly diverse menu — from borscht and syrniki to shrimp dishes and avocado toast. They also have a rich program of activities, so it’s worth checking in advance: yoga sessions, special rituals, meetings and even musical evenings. You can easily spend the whole day here in the best way. Highly recommended!”

“What an Arctic Wellness! An absolute gem! Perfect for a full reset of both body and mind. I visited the sauna complex, and it felt more like a ritual. They use different herbs during the steam sessions, so you can deeply inhale the aromas while also exfoliating, it leaves you feeling completely renewed. One thing I really loved is that the sauna walls are covered with salt, which makes the air saturated for breathing. There’s also another room with a lower temperature, which is great if you want something more gentle and relaxed instead of intense heat. After the sauna, I jumped into the cold plunge pool with icy water (super refreshing), but a regular pool is also very nice and unwind. The atmosphere overall is very calm and meditative. There’s also a beautiful meditation room with soft lighting where I had a really powerful session. After that I had a massage - very professional and deeply relaxing. And of course, the classic water bucket pour adds a fun and energizing touch. At the end, they serve a strong, spicy ginger tea - the perfect finishing note. In the evening guys were playing the Hang, which created such a magical and peaceful vibe. Also worth mentioning the restaurant: the borscht is delicious, the menu is quite extensive, and the service is fast. Overall, this is a place where you can truly slow down, reset, and enjoy every moment. Thanks to guys! Highly recommend!”

“Guys!!! Going there right after arriving to Bali was THE BEST decision! I started with massage and meditation, after I did sauna sessions and cold plunge & swimming pool time, had lunch there and at the end of the day I even catched sauna ceremony (they did it with sound bowls, cinnamon aroma and herbs… incredible). Also the team is super nice and positive. Will come back for sureeeee”
