The main communal sauna (sitting at a spicy 90–95°C) is massive, creating this awesome, grounded environment where business chats, brainstorming, and real social interactions just flow naturally. I even ended up having great conversations with local Indonesian guests who were super welcoming, proves that good vibes bypass any language barrier. The overall energy here is just ridiculously positive. As for the reset? Unmatched. Going from the heat straight into a 3°C cold plunge gives you that instant clarity, and melting into the magnesium hot pool afterward completely unplugs your body. Major shoutout to their marketing team for launching "Ladies Night" every Wednesday, too—such a brilliant, healthy twist on socializing. The staff are all smiles, super friendly, and make you feel right at home from the second you walk in. 1.5 hours here was time incredibly well spent, and I’m already counting down to my next visit as soon as I’m back in JKT!”
